I am a licensed professional engineer with 18 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry. I am highly experienced in the investigation and remediation of soil, groundwater, surface water, and sediment contamination, as well as in the design/research of water and wastewater treatment processes.

In the past 16 years, I have worked extensively on petroleum hydrocarbons-, chlorinated solvents-, and coal tar-contaminated sites, serving as technical lead for characterization, assessment, remedial design, modeling and optimization, statistical analysis, and litigation support. I have worked for private (ExxonMobil and BP among others) and government clients (Oklahoma DEQ and NAVFAC EXWC) and am skillful in conveying complicated concepts/findings to clients and regulatory agencies to reach agreement and to move projects forward.

I have been publishing and presenting in the main areas of remediation, groundwater modeling and monitoring, and wastewater treatment. I was a co-organizer/lecturer for three NGWA workshops, one IPEC workshop, and three CUPA training sessions. The latest workshop (NGWA Short Course #242) was held on December 6 and 7, 2018 in Las Vegas to present the science and practices on "Groundwater/Surface Water Interactions: Field and Mathematical Approaches to Evaluating Groundwater Seepage and Attenuation".
